    For over the past decade, Tim has served in senior leadership roles ranging from Vice President to COO/CFO for public affairs firms & non-profits based in Washington, D.C. and Phoenix, AZ. In 2020, he founded Riverfront Strategy Group and currently serves as President.

    Mr. Moran is an Iowa native, graduating with a degree in Political Science from the University of Iowa. He currently resides in Omaha, NE.

    Scott Migli has used his over two decades of experience to lead political, corporate and legislative clients on the national, state and local levels. He has drawn on that experience when counseling clients on grassroots issue advocacy and the use of survey research in pursuit of public policy objectives.

    Scott has served as the managing director and vice president of a national polling firm, and earned his Professional Researcher Certification from the American Marketing Association. In that capacity, Scott advised corporate and political clients on survey research, communication strategies and grassroots organizing techniques.  Scott has appeared on MSNBC and Fox News as an analyst during election cycles in his former role at the polling firm, and has been quoted in numerous print media outlets throughout the country.

    Scott served as executive director of the Pennsylvania Republican Party from 2005-2006. During his tenure at the PA GOP, Scott was instrumental in the passage of the Voter Protection Act in 2006.

    Scott also has worked for the Pennsylvania House of Representatives and the New York State Assembly on policy matters ranging from health care to energy, education and infrastructure. While working for the New York State Assembly, Scott managed four departments; oversaw the Minority Leader’s regional offices and communications department; and oversaw all of the Assembly Republicans’ press, direct mail and communications.  During his tenure in the NYS Assembly, Scott wrote and executed the first-ever, comprehensive Assembly messaging plan, including legislation that the Caucus would fight for throughout New York.

    Luke Martz is a veteran political strategist with two decades of experience navigating the complexities of local, state, and federal campaigns. In 2026, his career-long impact was recognized nationally by the American Association of Political Consultants (AAPC) as one of their "40 Under 40" honorees. This follows his 2023 distinction by the Des Moines Register as one of the "50 Most Wanted" for the lowa Caucuses. 

    Since 2006, Luke has managed a diverse portfolio of advocacy and political campaigns across the United States. His expertise extends globally through the Seconded Personnel and Election Observers (SPEO) project; since 2019, he has served as a U.S. Department of State election observer, deploying to mission-critical regions in Eastern Europe, the Balkans, and the Caucasus. 

    Beyond the campaign trail, Luke provides strategic counsel to clients navigating intricate legislative landscapes. A sixth-generation lowan and lowa State University alumnus, he is a member of the AAPC and serves on the Board of the International Association of Political Consultants (IAPC). His analysis is frequently featured in national outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Politico, and The Associated Press.

    Chase Eskelsen has spent over a decade in the education field. He began his career as a school administrator focused on strong operational metrics and scaling full-time, online schools (both charter and district). Upon leaving the school management position, he supported K12 Inc. with one foot in the academic policy world and the other in government affairs supporting digital educational options. He then served as the Chief Operating Officer of Verano Learning Partners where he oversaw the launch of new hybrid schools and supported the acquisition of educational opportunities until starting Fersken Education LLC in late 2021.

    Tillie Elvrum is a leading education advocate with over two decades of experience in grassroots organizing, education reform, and school choice at the state and national levels. As the founder of Elvrum Consulting, she specializes in grassroots and grasstops strategy, stakeholder engagement, school choice policy, and innovative education models.

    With a strong background in communications and early childhood education and personal experience as a parent advocate, Tillie has dedicated her career to increasing educational opportunities for all students and fostering education innovation. She has a proven track record of advancing policies that empower parents and improve access to quality education, working in statehouses nationwide and on Capitol Hill.

    Tillie served as President of the National Coalition for Public School Options, where she led a network of advocates across 30 states. She is currently spearheading the Parent Support for Online Learning initiative and serves on the board of directors of the Navigate-National School Choice Resource Center. Her past leadership roles include President of the Colorado Coalition of Cyberschool Families, board member for the Ohio Coalition of E-School Families, and board treasurer for Ohio Connections Academy. In addition, Tillie mentors advocacy organizations and entrepreneurs, helping to foster the next generation of change-makers.

    Gary founded Compass Public Affairs Group, Inc. in 2003 after serving in various positions in state and federal government.  Through Compass Group, Gary has represented several national education clients and consulted in multiple state and national political campaigns.  Gary has a Bachelor of the Arts in Political Science and a Master of the Arts in Public Policy from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.  Gary is well versed in  legislation and policy in Arizona and throughout the country.

    Anthony joined the Omaha Police Department in 2000. He has served in the Uniformed Patrol Unit his entire career, working on the ground in communities around the city. Anthony was promoted to the rank of Sergeant in 2019. In addition to his service in patrol, Anthony was  elected to the Omaha Police Officers’ Association (OPOA) Board in 2011 and he became the first black President in the organization's history in 2018. Following his leadership with the OPOA, Anthony was elected President of the Nebraska Fraternal Order of Police in 2024.

While still advising on political communications from time to time, a focus on public affairs has led Derek to assist clients ranging from non-profits to Fortune 500 companies and trade associations on matters of public policy, market access, targeted messaging and grassroots engagement.

    After starting a small digital communications agency and being named partner at public affairs firm, Derek founded Lock10 Strategies in 2024 to bring these disciplines together, helping clients think holistically about their public relations and public affairs goals.
